The council has been putting heavy fines on people putting poster on the post......
( you could see the lamp post next to it is all clean!)
So someone come up with this great idea and i think they will get away with the fine.
The cool thing about it is the bicycle is chained onto the (legal) new bicycle stand, how appropriate!

thanks Misti, there are some very cool people living around our neighbourhood....
not so nice if that is your usual parking spot. I ride to work every now and then. If I can't park my bike in my parking spot because a advertising bike, that will be very irritating. At least for that day anyway. May using conor's gmail.
