Oh my gosh. I'm in tears. I've never heard anyone speak of their stroke so it could be understood like that before. She painted a picture of what happened so vividly. Thanks for sharing that. It meant a lot to me as my grandmother had a stroke as did my uncle and my brother-in-law's mother. The brain is a wondrous thing and the way she described what it does and how it does it made so much sense. I have bipolar disorder as well as depression. I believe I have been undergoing a slight depressive state as of late and have been trying to pull myself out of it. This made me think about things a great deal. Thanks Chimin.

The brain is indeed a very wondrous thing, there is still a lot to learn about. Her story is such a powerful one. I also went to her website and download her interview with Oprah. She said deeper inner peace is just a thought away. ( quiet the chatter mind and chose a good feeling thought, step into the right brain......).

It is pretty much echo the book, "Ask and it is Given', Esther and Jerry Hicks.

Here is one of the section on youtube.
